REGULATIONS


-The apartment will be at your disposal from 17.00 pm of the check-in date to 12.00 am of the check-out date.

-Pets not addmited.

-We don´t have daily cleaning.

-Any kind of party or meeting which will disturb the rest or traquillity of our guests is forbidden.

-The management is not responsible for the valuables left there.

-When making the booking we will ask you to pay the 40 per cent of the total, by means of a bank transfer.

-Once you have made your booking, we understand that you accept the general conditions stated previously.

-The amount of the compensations will be the result of the application of the following percentages to the initial asked amount:

    > -5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.
    > -40% if the cancellation is made 30 days or less, and more than 15 days in advance.
    > -60% if the cancellation is made 15 days or less, and more than 7 days in advance.
    > -100% if the cancellation is made 7 days or less in advance.

-The payment of the total amount of your stay will be made when we hand you the keys of your apartment.

-The arriving must be made on reception time(from 9.30 to 19.00). If you could not adjust to this timetable, you must tell it when you book.

-When the arrivals out of this timetable, had not been advised (e-mail, telephone, booking,...), your booking will be cancelled.

-When we hand you the keys, you will sign the conditions of this contract and you will be given a receipt/bill with the amount of the hire signed.

-Once accommodated, we understand that you have accepted all the general conditions stated previously.
